CANCELLATION POLICY

Notify us within 48 hrs post your discussion with the designer, and we’ll help you with the cancellation.
A full / partial refund of your booking amount shall be processed against your original payment method, within 15 business days, from the date of agreed upon discussion.

Please Note:

1. Full cancellation of the project is possible during the project discussion stage i.e. till the sales order is not created. Sales order is created 48 hrs; post the designer-client discussion.
2. Post Design stage (Final order): Vatika Interior solutions cannot offer cancellations post your order has gone for final touch ups and is ready to come home to you.
3. In the unlikely event of you cancelling the project with us post 48 hrs, no refunds shall take place.

Cancellations and refunds shall also not be entertained after paying 50% of the project amount; However, we would still provide grievance support, in order to address your concerns.
