Cancellation / Refund policy

Customer can claim refund in case value of the transfer is incorrect and if prepaid meter is not yet recharged. Service charges deducted by service provider are non-refundable and administrative charges of Rs 300 per transaction shall be deducted. There is no cancellation policy.
